Our couriers are NZ Post. Orders are dispatched daily (except weekends & public holidays), with a 2pm cutoff.
What if a product is faulty?
Please return the fault item for testing. At our discretion, and depending on warranty terms, the faulty item will either be replaced or a refund processed. All returns must include full order details in order to be processed
What is your policy regarding refunds?
If you think the item is faulty please return it for assessment, if it proves to indeed be faulty your item will be replaced or refunded. 
Change of mind: Returned product costs every business in time & resource - noone would want to buy from a store that does not scrupulously check every returned item.  Refunds may be approved on a case by case basis within 30 days and would usually incur a restocking fee. In any case the returned item must be in new uninstalled condition.
Refunds are processed within 3 days of parts return but may take several days for your credit card supplier and bank to process. Refunds are always refunded to credit card if paid by credit card.
Exceptions: refunds are not possible for most electronic PCBs and items specially ordered 
What is the returns procedure?
All returns must include full order details in order to be processed, addressed as below. Failure to observe this will delay or prevent the refund.
