Refund policy

  1. All new parts come with a minimum of one year warranty. The Consumer Guarantees Act applies to all non-commercial sales. If the part should fail within the warranty period we will replace it with another part.
  2. New parts that are not faulty cannot be returned after 21 days for a refund. 
  3. All new parts that are returned and are not faulty may be charged a 20% restocking & administration fee. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them we may charge up to a 25% handling fee. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are additional to these policies.
  4. If we send you the wrong part please let us know immediately and we will send you the right part. We will require the original part back in new unused condition. If it was our fault, shipping will be paid by us.
  5. If parts fail under warranty we will replace free of charge but most parts will be required to be returned to our workshop for testing before a replacement can be sent or a credit processed.
  6. Special order parts, especially parts ordered from overseas cannot be returned.
  7. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You must call or email us before shipping any part back to us and include paperwork.
  8. All returns (unless defective) must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging.
